Before I started this program, I had a vision of being able to start my own business to help people re-set and re-program themselves in order for them to live their best and most happy lives. Though I was motivated, I was not entirely sure how I was going to incorporate the many healing and coaching modalities I have learned over the years into a holistic process and program.
This program helped me to not only visualize, but to elicit more concretely, what helping clients would feel like.
