Before this Mindvalley Hypnotherapy program, I was searching for faster, more effective, and more efficient ways to help me reprogram my subconscious mind so that I would have better control over my thoughts and emotions, and help me use the law of attraction to my advantage so that could manifest what I desired instead of manifesting the opposite (which is what happened to me). When I took this course, I learned several techniques that helped me immensely in helping me to have better control over my thoughts and emotions and helping me to decrease my self-sabotage. I'm very grateful for this program.
