"I'm forever grateful to Paul, Steve and Tina for such a wonderfully refreshing learning experience"

I first experienced Hypnosis 12 years ago I used it as a modality to make big life moves like moving to the other side of the world and more. It became a trusted friend that I sought out to help me be brave. In 2024 I experienced a stroke at 45 I was paralysed on my right side. My healing took me on a deeper journey of the mind and I used hypnosis as part of my recovery. 
Studying it made sense and it was a truly beautiful experience in my recovery journey. 
I'm forever grateful to Paul, Steve and Tina for such a wonderfully refreshing learning experience.
