I have been a hypnotherapist since 2005, focusing specifically on smoking cessation. Until this course, which started in September 2024, that was my specialty. 
Now, after completing the course, I have the confidence and certainty, that I can not only do smoking cessation, I can also take on so many other issues that people have and want to transform for themselves. Specifically, I will be doing group and individual sessions for insomnia and food issues. The course reinforced my belief that I can use my own experience and knowledge to creatively work with anyone who walks in the door.
