Before this program I really challenging situations usually sent me into thought spirals and left me quite anxious. Thanks to the tools that I've learned in this program, I can immediately calm myself down if I need to at all. I have healed past experiences without psychoanalysis, am more confident, relaxed and envigorated and am able to communicate clearer. 
 I am a better parent to my teenage daughters, my vibrational energy has increased and I have the tools to help so many more people.
