I wanted to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible journey I've embarked upon with the Mindvalley Hypnotherapy Certification course. Before discovering this transformative course, my days were filled with teaching Yoga classes and conducting private sessions in Yoga Therapy and Ayurvedic Lifestyle through Zoom. Approaching my 70th birthday, I felt a yearning to slow down and retire from my weekly Yoga classes while remaining in service to others. It's been a true blessing, equipping me to guide individuals through transformation and help them achieve lasting wellness. The recent healing experience during my practice lab and self-hypnosis, particularly after a shoulder injury and ankle fracture, was nothing short of remarkable.
