I have used hypnotherapy in my own applications in the last 15 plus years, and in the last few years, being a part of Mindvalley and completing numerous quests, I was aware of the interconnectedness of hypnotherapy and the messages I was getting from the programs. I could see the great benefit this would bring to my own life, interacting with my own family and a great way to make positive change in the world beginning within my sphere of influence. I have only begun my journey into Hypnotherapy and look deeply forward to expanding my skills.
