I'm an Anger Management Coach and I run intensive transformational programmes for individuals and groups online across the UK, Ireland and beyond. I love my work!
I decided to train in Hypnotherapy as I was intrigued to find out how I could enhance what I offer to my clients. Transforming deep-seated anger isn't easy as its roots lie beneath the conscious mind and of course, the source(s), triggers and expressions of each person's anger will have a unique flavour due to their unique personality, upbringing and circumstances. Having now completed the Mindvalley Hypnotherapy Coaching programme, I can see that I'm going to greatly enhance the work that I do with Hypnotherapy by helping my clients remove blocks to their transformation, increase their self-esteem and self-belief and be able to form a powerful image of a calmer, stronger version of themselves.
I am really enjoying the practice sessions with some of the other hypnotherapists-in-the-making from the UK and with a bit more practice under my belt, I can't wait to get stuck into taking my business to a new level!
