I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the transformative impact your course has had on my life and the lives of so many others.
Before embarking on this journey, I had trained as a hypnotherapist through traditional methods and was initially sceptical about what you offered.
However, your course has proven to be life-changing, not just for me, but for the countless people whose lives I now have the privilege to impact.
In January 2023, I was in a serious personal crisis and picked up your book, Change Your Life in 7 Days. It truly transformed my life. Inspired by the profound changes I experienced, I read all your books and diligently practiced the techniques and meditations you shared. This dedication sparked a radical shift in my life.
By October 2023, I made the difficult decision to leave my husband, which left me financially strained and uncertain about the future.
Despite these challenges, I felt a compelling urge to enrol in the Mindvalley Hypnotherapy Course with you, Tina, and Steve. Though I had no idea how I could afford it, money seemed to magically appear each month to support my journey.
Throughout the four-month course, I witnessed remarkable changes in my self-esteem and confidence. The woman I once knew resurfaced, brighter and more joyful than ever before. Despite the turmoil of a difficult divorce, I found opportunities arising that benefited me. I attracted the support, resources, and people needed to rebuild my life. Everything has magically unfolded as if I have a hundred personal assistants orchestrating my destiny.
One of the most extraordinary outcomes was being approached to become an ambassador for a cause that will have a far-reaching impact. This role has enabled me to work with a team of wonderful people to implement significant changes in the domestic abuse arena.

Supported by a philanthropist, we are creating a documentary to be shown in cinemas across the UK. Additionally, I am collaborating with another coach to run a nationwide roadshow to help people break free from narcissistic relationships. I have been chosen to be the face of a campaign to raise awareness about Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD). This initiative combines educational content, personal stories, expert insights, and interactive workshops to create a supportive community. Our goal is to empower individuals to overcome the challenges posed by narcissistic relationships.
And this has all come about during this course.
This unique collaboration, supporting my vision and that of all involved who want to make a difference, has united the necessary resources and people to create a lasting impact. By leveraging social media, the media, film, and cinema, we aim to connect with those ready to break negative patterns of behaviour and move towards healthy, thriving relationships.
Our mission is to prevent these harmful patterns from being passed down to future generations.
So, considering I was in a suicidal mindset and referred to the crisis team, I want to thank you, Paul, for being the catalyst for these incredible changes in my life. I would love the opportunity one day to meet you in person and share more about the profound impact your work has had on me and the many lives I am now able to touch.
