Before enrolling in this program, I was already doing a kind of “informal” business consulting via helping clients and sharing insight but without any formal training to back it up. This program completely transformed that. It equipped me with practical tools, frameworks, and a structured process that not only elevated the way I work but also allows me to serve my clients with greater clarity, confidence, and impact.
Initially, my goal was straightforward: earn the certification to build credibility and sharpen my coaching skills. But what I walked away with has been so much more than a credential.
This journey reshaped how I see myself, stripped away long-held self-limiting beliefs, and gave me the courage to fully step into my role as a coach and consultant.
What made it truly special was the environment of an incredible balance of a safe space that provided critical feedback in tandem with a dose of uplifting encouragement. The CBC team and my amazing cohort created a community that felt both challenging and supportive, where growth was inevitable.
