Since I started this certification, I learned to “take my hat off” from being the leader all the time, and put my “coach hat on”, which helped me to really listen deeply to my team members, biting my tongue when I felt the urge to give advice, and learn how to be fully present with them. I learned to change my statements into questions, get more curious and help them become empowered to own their truth through insights and ownership.
Tools like the Intake Form and the Myers Briggs personality assessment have helped me get to know my team members at a much deeper level. They have helped them know themselves deeper as well! Now we work on a different level, more confident, more self-aware, more empowered, more motivated, and my whole team is more cohesive. The entire energy around my entire business has uplifted.
I recently received our monthly report, We are now at par with our year-to-date target. We increased our numbers in all our key result areas...and I know that this is because of the coaching that I have been doing with my brokers.
