Hi I am Nirmala Elizabeth. 

My first course with Mindvalley is the Certified Business Course which brings so much fullness into my life. 
Before this, I was always worried and filled with fear of everything. But now there is a new meaning growing inside me and it's kind of triggering pleasant feelings and hope. 
I have become calmer and controlled in my actions and I am aware of my new existence. 

I am going through some of the Mindvalley courses. It has been so wonderful to be with Mindvalley. There is so much I have learned through the coaching, business plans, course structures and now I have just started The Silva Ultramind session. Honestly, the first session is so wonderful as for the first time my mind has felt relaxed. I love it. Nirmala
