Before the Certified Business Course program, I enrolled in a mini quest of Evercoach to get mare clarity about my own ideas that I wanted to follow up on related to Coaching; Afterwards, I enrolled directly into Coaching mastery after, but then I found out about CBC…
The reason I enrolled in this program was that I realized I love to help and actively support people and in my former professional life this seemed no longer possible due to all the restrictions that always showed up during the projects I participated in. That said, with my 20+ years of consultancy experience I did not just want to become a coach, but rather actively mixing coaching with consultancy - so I was positively surprised to find a video of Ajit proposing EXACTLY that! It seemed that thanks to a better focus - the alignment I was looking for finally arrived, and I couldn't wait to start!
Reasons why I recommend this course - for me - the first half of the course brought a lot of new material in a very practical and pragmatic "best practices" way - so my confidence levels raised fast and I could see myself using the material with my clients. Magic happened: first one and then later a second one knocked on my door!
Areas of my life in which I’ve noticed the biggest changes in my life is - things I always felt, I can now put so much better into words - with my wife and son, and of course also with my 2 clients; These clients have acknowledged me as a coach by extending both their coaching sessions with me for another period. I feel so grateful, and also for taking this leap of faith to pursue what I see as my calling. Not everything is clear into detail, but I'm coaching people, consulting the challenges they are facing and the rest.. well I’m sure this will get more crystalized down the track.
My top 3 takeaways or insights during/after finishing this Quest are…
1. Transforming , while offering yourself into the world to actively help and support people is possible with THIS CBC-program, as long as your intentions are clear, the focus is there and you put in the work to do it.
2. The very dedicated Ajit & the evercoach team are amazing human beings! the provided open and safe space during the live calls to ask your questions, share your concerns - is great and I learned a lot in these moments
3. Peer-group, peer-group and peer-group; the connections I made are invaluable and the stories we share, the way we try to help and support each other on our own journey - I love you!!
Last but not least - for the people hesitant entering this course as it's not providing a "real" CFI certification - this is still an accredited certificate course of ICF, and it is mentioned on your certificate also; I was one of these people, hesitant at first, but having my first clients a long time before the course finished and receiving their positive feedback I only feel gratitude and excitement now, to continue to walk this new and slowly unfolding path ahead of me.”
