The CBC programme has helped me gain clarity on how I can help business leaders and owners enjoy the journey and transform their lives - something I am passionate about. I have learned so many useful tools and techniques, particularly relating to personal behaviour and mindset, communication, team and culture. The Strategy and Systems module ties it all together, and I am already modifying my strategic planning process to follow the format from CBC.
I am excited about doing the further reading as time permits, and seeing the results from people I coach in the future. Meeting peers on the course was also a highlight for me - sharing ideas and different ways of approaching case studies.
