Before joining this program, I was in the midst of transitioning from a long-standing career as an executive in the corporate world to embarking on a new journey as the founder of my own company. My aspiration was to serve as a business coach and mentor to others. However, I found myself at a loss on where to begin. It was then that I made the decision to enroll in the Mindvalley CBC program, seeking the framework and structure it promised to support me in this pivotal phase of my life.
Throughout the program, I gleaned invaluable non-business communication techniques that emphasized connecting with leaders on a personal level rather than solely through a business lens. This approach, contrary to the conventional belief of communication being rigid and business-centric, proved to be a remarkable asset. The insights provided by the guest teachers, whenever they were available, left me feeling empowered. Their methodologies were previously unfamiliar to me, yet now I feel significantly more equipped with a diverse array of methods and newfound wellsprings of inspiration.
Today marks the launch of my COO as a Service (COOaaS) program, which focuses on executive business coaching, fractional COO support, and mentoring for women business leaders aspiring to ascend to C-suite positions. The confidence I needed to undertake this endeavor has been cultivated over the months spent in this program.
