I am currently in the process of being an ICF certified coach. So I have been practicing life coaching but I felt always intimidated about business coaching because I don’t have a background in Business.
I then decided to join your program to learn more a bout the business coaching part.
The program is dense an gives a lot of tools to use in coaching and in business coaching. I will definitively recommend this course to others and I have already encouraged my colleague to take it in the near future.
After finishing the course I gained some confidence into coaching small businesses and entrepreneurs.
I feel I need more training to be able to coach big organizations.
I enjoyed the classes and the program but I felt like the business coaching part was too speedy and I need now to work more and read the books in the list to feel more confident (part of it is maybe the impostor syndrome)?
I have a suggestion: if you are creating in the future other coaching certification (like the lifebook coach or wellness coach... is to create part one: coaching competencies that will be common for every program and then part 2: specialization in business or life or wellness coaching. The part 2 can be longer and more important than part one.
Just an idea.
Another idea is may be to add in the Evercoach community a list of people or companies that want to be coached for free or for little money. The graduates can contact these people/companies and practice coaching (like a short internship)
I want to finish this story by thanking you Ajit, Fran, Sid and the people working in Evercoach. You have done a great job. I like your values of service and love that you have demonstrated in every class and call.
My comments were just ideas that might help the program evolve. Every healthy business must evolve and progress. I learned that from you Ajit
My gratitude
