TITLE: The Certified Business Coach program by Evercoach has been a transformative experience - both personally & professionally.

Before I started the program I was unsure how handle certain situations that would crop up time to time during calls - mainly when clients would get frustrated, shut down and become close-minded.

I consider myself a specialist in what I do, having been involved in the digital marketing space for 20+ years, operating as a freelance service provider & consultant for majority of that time.

These days I coach creative freelancers and business service providers one-on-one, and in small groups, about growth through marketing automation.

I know my trade. Inside and out.

But deep down, I knew I was lacking the human to human coaching skills.

I needed to fix that.

Happy to say, I did.
