One of the main reasons I enrolled in the CBC program was because I wanted to upgrade my coaching skills to work more intentionally with helping companies grow.
As a licensed master NLP coach much of my experience was in one to one or group coaching and as an educator I naturally veer towards educating my clients in as many areas that are relevant to them.
CBC gave me the permission and structure to put what I naturally do into practice as well as providing excellent content.
Ajit, Fran and Sid are a cohesive team bringing together their own style of coaching which in and of itself was helpful. I am looking forward to the next stage of securing business clients and using everything I have learnt!
