"CBC gave me a lot of confidence in my ability"

I have spent over a decade running my marketing firm, recruiting and developing sales teams for businesses that did not have an in-house sales teams or found it more convenient to use external teams to add an extra sales channel. 

For the last two years, I have spent most of my time coaching small and medium business owners and consulting companies operating in similar fields. I have joined the CBC program to improve my knowledge and to add more professional structure to my work as most of it was based on my own personal development journey and business experience. 
CBC gave me a lot of confidence in my ability. 

On one side I have realized what an amazing job i have been doing so far and how connected I felt to the values of this programme. On the other side, i have learned so many new tools that I had no idea about, especially in emotional intelligence, communication and even in the company culture part (which I felt strong about already). I am definitely looking forward to add more value to every business I am currently working with and every new business that I will coach in the future. The journey of self-development is never-ending, but CBC programme has definitely been a powerful boost to my stride.
