Before taking the program, I was leveraging my multidisciplinary background to manage a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the socio-emotional needs of under-resourced students, teachers in public schools. Alongside this, I also maintained a coaching practice, but I found myself spreading too thin. I was seeking clarity on how to be more purposeful, strategic, and efficient in delivering our services and making a greater impact within a complex educational environment.
Today, I have greater clarity and a comprehensive understanding of how to be efficient as both a business leader and coach.
