I love how the Universe brings me exactly what I ask for. I have been having a rough week with loved ones who have either passed away, or who are in critical care in the hospital. Being an empath and healer, this has not only been difficult for me, but it has temporarily thrown me off balance. I was asking this morning during meditation and contemplation how can I regain my balance. Shortly thereafter, I started skimming through my emails, and was drawn to the email from MindValley for this free course. Thank you! I am grateful! �
