This is very synchronous! I've been thinking I need to time block my space-out time. I've gone down the rabbit hole too many times, losing track of time when spacing out on FB, in email, etc. and it's not really productive (in that manner). OK to clean up email, OK to be on FB, and use those things to relax, but time block them so I am more intentional and can move on to things I want to be productive with! Thank you for these tips!!!
