Yes, I connected with three very clear memories of which I had not been previously aware. Realizing them, I was able to see them through adult eyes and take care of the me that felt like the victim at the time of the occurrence. It will be interesting to see how it plays out in my future. Particularly when I encounter situations that normally would provoke a shame response. I'd love to take the class.
