It's been 3 days since my masterclass and all I have to say is.... AMAZING! I have been putting in practice all of the tools shared, even the meridian tracing and... wow!
Went from begging for energy to just get up and do... anything! To just with a few seconds of doing the right exercise, have more energy that I ever thought possible!
And I can't say it took three days, no! It worked for me the first time I tried... and still!
I've been spending the last few days teaching my friends by phone or FaceTime how to do this...
