Awesome class. Donnas energy was so infectious. It's hard to not want everyone to have this knowledge.. it would be so, so AMAZING to get these tools into our schools where we can teach from the ground up. Imagine every child growing up being taught then raising their families 'just knowing'. How exciting an idea is that ?How better to create a generation of mindful health conscience people understanding the power of their own energy.. Place it as a health or science subject or P.E.. I'll bet it will be the one classes our youth would be excited about. Think of all the horrible psychological things that cause children/teens thru adults today to lash out, have eating disorders, turn to drugs, commit suicide.. it's the lack of having control over their own lives. Imagine how that would drop if they felt this empowerment of knowing how to help themselves or others. I absolutely loved this class.?
