Mindvalley has changed my life.
I will forever be a member.
During 2020 when the world shut down, I was out of work for over 2 years.
I went deep into self-development.
During this time I had 5 life-changing realizations.
1. Our Health is our biggest wealth
2. Be grateful for life and any time spent with family
3. I am a forever student and forever a teacher
4. Trading time for money is not my avenue to success.
5. To live a rewqareding life you must follow your heart and intuition while helping others
Before the quest I felt anxiety about taking 3 mastery programs in one year.
After taking this quest I feel inspired and prepared for my mastery programs.
Learning Mastery has had a profound impact on my life and my learning styles.
The reason I enrolled in Learning Mastery was because it was included in my mastery series. What excited me the most was that this quest has an accumulation of some of my favorite teachers.
Each mentor has proven to bring me profound insights.
I recommend this quest because:
-Vishen dives deep into the importance of learning as a science, how to leverage AI as a tool for learning with impact and reflection, and demonstrates live how to use Chat GPT to scale and go deeper in the learning process. I was humbled by Vishen's innate sense of pride when it comes to sharing and learning with his students.
-One of my favorite classes was with Ronan as he explained with great detail how important sleep is to our daily life and how sleep, health, exercise, and fasting all play a very important role in how we learn and how well we retain information. Ronan also explores and describes how to implement these activities into our daily habits to adapt into a refined way of learning.
-Eric explored and infused his vast knowledge and experience into an easy-to-understand road map on how to implement emotion and teaching to retain new information and how to optimize creative thinking with mind mapping and good health and metabolism.
-Vykintas, as he always does, raises the bar by exploring various AI tools to automate learning styles, note taking, and even how to use AI agents to assist with research, provide personalized guidance and even take action independently!
-In our final class, Vishen ties everything together with an interactive demonstration on how to implement everything we learned and prepare us for our mastery programs.
I enjoyed this quest because it was well-paced, not too long, interactive, and included some of my favorite thought leaders, speakers, and coaches.
Before this quest, I enrolled in 3 mastery programs for 2025! I was so excited when Vishen announced this quest to be included as a precursor to the mastery series during the Future Human virtual event!
Taking on so much in one year created a sense of acxiety for me.
Now after the quest I feel excited and much more prepared with a open mind and a better strategy than before.
My top three takeaways are:
1. Quality sleep that is consistent, measured and implements a daily fasting routine will increase focus, energy, and memory retention focus.
2. I'm not compelled to use AI as a daily tool to help my learning styles and I now know how to create my own personalized coach and accountability partner
3. Teaching what you learn improves memory retention and helps improve your skill sets in every area of learning. Get excited about it and teach what you learn to the people you care about and your creative networks.
The biggest positive changes I've noticed are:
-I take my sleep and diet more serious than ever. These are sacred.
-My passion for learning and teaching have reached a new hight of interest and commitment.
-For me, using AI as a tool to improve my life and help me become the most successful person I can be is not an option. Daily practice is a must and I don't feel intimidated by what might have seemed much too complex before..
