One thing that stood out for me is using AI tools to stay organized. They’ve been a game-changer, helping me keep track of everything and stay on top of my busy life.
I’m also working on incorporating the Big 4 into my learning: sleep, exercise, mindfulness, and fasting. I’m still figuring it all out, but I’m becoming more mindful of how these practices affect my focus and energy. It’s been great so far.
One of my favorite things has been creating songs for my grandkids and me. It’s a fun and creative way to apply what I’ve learned, and it’s brought me closer to my family while helping me stay inspired in my work. This program has helped me see learning in a new light, and I’m excited to keep going!
