I just completed Learning Mastery and am super happy with the program. I will be re-watching the classes and doing a lot of practicing to integrate all the information at a deeper level. This class is a bit like drinking from a fire hose and I always like a good drink of water.
I have been working on a book idea for about four years. I have notes in various electronic formats, as well as written notes. It's been difficult to pull all those notes together into something meaningful. I'm looking forward to using the AI tools learned in the course to facilitate consolidating these concepts into a more coherent format.
I have been implementing some of the teachings from the Holistic Holistic Health for Optimal Learning lesson and have already seen improvements in my sleep.
I highly recommend this course.
