I participated in the first seminar in February 2021. Thanks to the program, our first total net profit was €119,000. In January 2023, we purchased a building and developed a project for seven apartments with an expected ROI of 40% (over €500,000 in gross profit). Also in 2023, we acquired a duplex villa, and our plan is to sell everything by March 2024.
Today, we sign the possession agreement with the notary, and construction will begin shortly. The expected ROI is 25%, equivalent to €109,000 in around 8 months.
