I attended the summit, and it completely blew my mind. Attending the training made me realize that by leveraging assets I already had, I might achieve the financial peace of mind we all seek and start making my money work for me. So that's what I did. With the rent from my property, I was able to invest 7,000 euros in the old town property that hadn't sold in four years.
To my surprise, I was offered 40,000 euros more than what I was asking for, but I still decided not to sell it and instead put it up for long-term rent as well. As of today, thanks to this change in perspective, I have recurring monthly income of over 12,000 euros, which will allow me to venture into the world of real estate investments without any fear.
