I completed the full real estate investment course after the summit. I was particularly interested in distressed debt and write-off operations. After a few attempts, I found an excellent opportunity. By investing a small amount, I was able to free an executed property from debt and resell it even before finishing the renovation. 
This transaction yielded me approximately €60,000, allowing me to reinvest the profits in new open market operations.
