Before the course, I had no idea about real estate investments and trading, although I had been interested in these. 
 Teachers gave me incredible knowledge, skills and courage. 

I’ve never purchased my home, but now I got a pre-approval letter from a lender, and contacting two agents. My progress is slow but ready to move forward. I set up an accountability meeting with a few peers. I look forward to share our progress there. 

Regarding trading, among several strategies I was taught in the course, I picked two and exercised them. I like Giuseppe’s best, as it’s simple and clear. I’m almost done with the paper trading and switching to the real accounts. It’s so nice to have options of income. 

I’m so thankful to this course and teachers. I don’t think I’d be into real estate or trading without learning this time. I save the learning from the business part for my future. It’s going to be super!
