It was refreshing. It was cutting through all the layers of overcomplicated coaching techniques, tricks and fixed recipes for a successful coaching session straight to the very essence of what our (coaches') job is and how to do it well. I feel supported and encouraged to follow my own way of coaching, making it a precious, unique piece of art.
