I've enrolled in impact at work in 2016 working as a consultant and having a team of engineers to manage, while also having a small business and struggling to keep up with all of it. Back then I had limited financial freedom, was overworked and overweight.
During the program we've got a few challenges, one of them being to see how negotiation can help us make a return on investment. One of this negotiations lead to learning more about myself so I decided I want to work with hundreds of people not just a small team, and at the beginning I had no idea how. Working trough my yearly goals it dawned me that I was preparing myself for training people for years but never really shifting towards it, so my next negotiation was around my job content, and because the company I worked for was reluctant to release me of some of my duties I searched for a trainer job. This new job came with a higher salary, peace of mind and shedding some weight.
Having applied many of the techniques learned from Mindvalley I've been developing the team from a one-man-show department to a fully functional team with several collaborators. I also learned how to work myself out of the job, so I can take of new responsibilities. My income tripled since starting Impact, the living space doubled so my kids have now enough space for themselves - managed to move just before the pandemic and really greatful for that. I am working with passion on what I do and today I have 3 small businesses and also volunteering in two organizations one for professional development and one for personal development. The goal to work with hundreds of people have been surpassed, looking forward to new challenges to Impact the lives of thousands.
