The Feng Shui program has influenced me to pay special attention to the entry area of my home.
Before taking this program, entering my home did not reflect the warmth, coziness, and welcoming energy of the accomplishment of which I am most proud, specifically, raising my two children and the continuing enjoyment of their adult relationship as well as my grandchildren. Placing current photos of my children and grandchildren, as well as me and my husband (father of my children) in silver and gold frames on a table in the entry area immediately changed the energy. It felt loving, inviting and as warm as a hug.
A vase of fresh flowers nurtures and sustains the vibrant energy of growing family relationships.
The changes I have noticed after taking this program is that personal energy matters and that I have a heightened sense of awareness about what occupies my space. Having removed the photo of a cactus with long spines from a wall gallery in the living room (a photo taken by my photographer husband), right away I felt a softer, lighter energy. My husband and I get along well, yet prickly discussions would occur in that area of the living room. Since removing the cactus photo and replacing it with a landscape photo taken by my husband, it feels like conversations are less barbed in tone of voice.
Currently, I am co-writing a book with my husband about our seven years sailing in South America and the South Pacific.
