Encouraged and inspired!! Before this program I had the tendency self doubt and to downplay my professional and personal goals. I held a perspective that the world in its current crisis state was not the kind of place for a woman to innovate or lead. She opened me up to recognizing that while the current dynamic is a very challenging one, the world has a great need for evolution and for women of all ages who have the courage to do things in ways that haven't been tried or done before...something I never heard growing up as an outside the box thinker...but needed to hear now more than ever in midlife. Only wish I'd heard her message as a young woman.
