My aha moment was realizing that simplicity wins: donors need a clear path to become heroes, see their names on a Hall of Heroes, and join other monster-slayers. People pay more when they can clearly calculate value — and that clarity will help me design pathways to resolve the tension between wanting to act and not knowing how. I also discovered that my flawed, human story is powerful and must be shared to build trust.
Thanks to the Summit, I shifted from distraction to focus: sell first, then build. Above all, I must embrace discomfort, step into visibility, and be seen. This weekend gave me the clarity and courage to grow into the person I need to be to succeed in my mission.
