I Didn’t Know What I Didn’t Know
Before this program, I had been working for myself for over 30 years—but I wasn’t growing.
I had the skill. I had the training. But I was stuck. I didn’t understand how to scale, how to communicate my value, or how to reach the right clients. I was just doing the work without really understanding what I was building.
The truth is, I didn’t know what I didn’t know.
Thanks to this program, everything shifted.
I realized I wasn’t thinking like an entrepreneur. I was focused on services instead of solutions. I wasn’t asking, “What problem am I solving?”—and that changed the way I saw my entire business.
I stopped just offering facials and started understanding that I help women feel confident in their own skin.
From there, I began to move differently.
I started building systems. I used AI to improve how I communicate with clients and follow up after consultations. I created more structure in my business—something I didn’t have before. And for the first time, I understood how to bring everything together in a way that actually supports growth.
I even built a skin scan app—something I would have never imagined doing before this program.
Now, my life and my business look completely different.
I think differently. I communicate differently. I show up with confidence.
I no longer feel like I’m behind or trying to catch up. Instead of outsourcing everything, I’m now building tools, systems, and even AI agents to support my business. I’ve also started helping other people build websites and apps, which opened my eyes to how much I can offer beyond what I originally thought.
This program also helped me step outside of my comfort zone. As someone who has always been more introverted, I’ve now started speaking and sharing what I know with others.
It even impacted my personal life. As a mother of a daughter with dyslexia, I’ve begun building an app to help children learn through games—something I wouldn’t have had the confidence to pursue before.
Now, I’m not just growing one business—I’m building two. One focused on my skincare business, and another where I help other entrepreneurs use AI and systems to grow and simplify their businesses.
I came into this program unsure if I belonged.
Now I see myself as a builder, a problem solver, and someone who can create things that help more people.
And for the first time in a long time, I feel like I’m truly moving forward.
