“I updated my website and built real foundations ready for launch”

My experience in this class was interrupted by the unexpected loss of my father, and I'm currently navigating life as executor of his estate. Even so, I want to share what I did accomplish — and what this class gave me to come back to.

Before things shifted, I updated my website to the point where I felt genuinely ready to launch it. I was gathering material to build an AI chatbot and had a solid plan forming for social media. These feel like real foundations, not just intentions.

What stayed with me most was how clearly and generously the mentors shared their knowledge. They made it feel achievable — not just inspiring in the moment, but practical and followable. The ability to de-complicate the path to doing work you love, and actually getting paid for it, is a rare gift. Watching others apply this and succeed has been genuinely affirming.

I must say that being present in the live calls felt like it gave extra benefit. I enjoyed learning and sharing with the other students.

I'm grateful to have two years of access to return to this material when I'm ready. I'm looking forward to picking it back up. Thank you to everyone who contributed to building something so worth coming back to.
