“I restructured my company, built AI systems, and created a clear foundation”

Before I joined Entrepreneurship Mastery, my business was creeping forward and I was working hard to gain traction and grow it—then I suddenly got a “stick in the wheel.” A back injury meant I could no longer keep going in the same way as I normally would.
Instead of seeing it as a setback, I chose to use that time to build the solid foundation I’d never properly had time to build. I knew I needed mentors and the right environment to stay on track—which is why I signed up for this mastery. It turned out to be exactly that, and so much more.
I’ve had a rich professional life with many different experiences, qualifications, and titles. I’ve always seen the value in that range, but I often found it hard to explain how it all connected. So for simplicity, I would usually just say I was a coach.
At the same time, I had too many ideas, too many influences, and too many experts I was trying to learn from. I was working hard, but not always with the structure I needed. This program came at exactly the right moment.
What stood out most was how practical it was. The mentors didn’t just talk about what to do—they showed how to do it.
Vishen’s insights into AI were especially valuable. With how fast AI evolved during the program, having real-time updates and clear ways to implement it saved me from spending countless hours trying to keep up on my own. Using AI, text, and speech-to-text has completely changed how I work—I’ve been able to keep building, even when I physically couldn’t sit at a desk.
Daniel Priestley’s teaching shifted how I think about assets, partnerships, positioning, and credibility. I already believed in 50/50 partnerships, but I hadn’t realised how broadly that applies. Instead of asking for things like testimonials, I now see them as value exchanges. That became the foundation for my Peak Mentality Impact Partners program.
In these six months, I’ve restructured a large part of my company. I’ve strengthened my brand, built AI-supported systems and apps, and created clearer assets around what I do. I also realised that if something important hasn’t been properly defined, you don’t have to wait—you can define it yourself. That led me to create Mentology: the study of the human mind’s ability to shape our experience of reality.
I came in with many pieces. I leave with a foundation.
