Entrepreneurship Mastery

“I finished my book and built my work into a clear ecosystem”

I realized I'm not really in the yoga business. I'm in the business of helping people master their lives.
Entrepreneurship Mastery arrived at exactly the right moment.
Before this program, I had a full life and a full practice, 18 years of it. I'd built The Hall of SELF, a breathwork and wellness studio, from the ground up. I'd worked in person with more than 10,000 people, creating spaces where they could move, breathe, reconnect, and find their way back to themselves. That work was always grounded in something deeper than movement — in graduate training in Health and Clinical Psychology, and ten years of practice as a health coach. Nervous system science, somatic healing, human behavior. That's the thread that runs through everything I do.
From the outside, my work looked cohesive. From the inside, it felt fragmented. A studio. A private practice. Corporate clients. A business coaching certification I'd just added on top of a decade as a health coach. A book I kept trying to finish. A vision I could feel but couldn't quite name, not even to myself.
I enrolled in Entrepreneurship Mastery because I knew something was shifting in my work, and I needed a framework big enough to hold it. I was looking for clarity. For a way to see how all the pieces actually fit together.
What I found was more than that.
The biggest realization, the one that changed everything, was this: I wasn't building random offers. I was building an ecosystem.
The studio, the breathwork, the health coaching, the psychology-informed work, the retreats, the corporate programs, the book, none of it was separate. It was all pointing in the same direction. Once I could see that, everything shifted. I stopped feeling scattered and started feeling precise.
Three things I took away from this program:
 1. Clarity of identity is a business strategy.
I'm not a Yoga teacher who also does coaching. I'm a Prime SELF Mastery™ Coach — with 18 years of in-person work, a background in psychology, and a decade of health coaching underpinning everything I do. Getting that language right changed how I talk about my work, how I position it, and how I show up.
 2. An ecosystem needs an anchor.
Everything I build, every offer, every platform, every piece of content, now lives inside one clear mission: helping people bring the key areas of their lives into alignment from the inside out. That anchor is Prime SELF Mastery™. Everything points toward it or through it.
 3. Sustainable beats impressive every time.
This program deepened something I was already developing, The Sacred Minimum™ Blueprint. The idea is simple: people don't need more pressure. They need a better rhythm. Practices they can actually keep. A structure that works with the nervous system instead of against it. Small, consistent, powerful. That's the whole philosophy.
The biggest shifts I've noticed are in creative clarity and professional confidence. I've stopped trying to shrink my vision, so it's easier to explain. I finished my book, something I'd been circling for a long time, and that milestone matters more than I can fully put into words.
I'd recommend Entrepreneurship Mastery to any coach, healer, or practitioner who's been doing real, meaningful work for years and still can't quite see how it all fits. If you're ready to stop managing pieces and start building something whole, this is the program for that.
After this, I don't feel like a different person. I feel like the clearest version of the one I've always been.
Less scattered. More precise. More aligned.
I'm not leaving Yoga or breathwork behind. I'm letting them take their rightful place inside something much larger: helping people come back to themselves, master their energy, and build lives that actually support who they're here to become.
That work is now in full motion.
