Before this program, my life was kind of cluttered. There was no flow on how my day is being spent. Physically, it was good, maybe I was able to get a lot done. But mentally, it wasn't good at all. Always, hindering thoughts here and there, confusion, the mind plays, worries, guilts and what not. One sentence to describe it — this mind battle was like, I'm unable to breathe, and mind battle is using my oxygen.
At a time, I said it was enough, I need to be proactive and take the command. To improve and get out of this stuck situation.
Luckily, I had a subscription to Mindvalley. I was scrolling, and I'm glad I started with Duality.
The first day, it was claiming, and I took a baby step towards changing my physical and energy world. Days go by, and so do learning and improvements. I have learned a lot and honestly improved a lot. I documented each and every single day I took the course, and how I was feeling.
I have one thing to say — thank you, Jeffery, for this lifesaving course. One important thing I learned is — Being aware is more important than anything. For example, the time I was aware of my suffering, that's how I started with Duality. The same thing with energy and patterns, when you're aware you're not grounded, you ground yourself quickly, you're feeling grumpy, and you can run energy healing.
Anything is possible with this fabulous energy-healing — Duality.
