This was the kick-off to a whole new life for me. I’m starting it all over again, but this time, I’m going to extend the weeks in each area. I’m also embarking on a journey of my own to become a Meditation Teacher. It is hands down the only thing that has truly helped me!!! Many many thanks to Ariya and her amazing team for putting together this life changing program!!!
