Before the programme started I was a little apprehensive. I wasn’t sure if I could write a mini course, as I had never done it before. I also wondered if the course content might be a bit dry. I couldn't have been more wrong! This is one of the best courses I have ever done. Jason is an awesome teacher and he helped me to see that I could be my authentic self. He is also really funny, which helped, especially in that tricky middle part of a course when people usually start to flag. Now that the course is done I am so proud of myself. I should also mention my tribe who were awesome as well, as were the live calls. And Toma, as usual, kept us all on track. Thank you, Toma. I love Mindvalley! I love Jason! But most importantly I am starting to love myself again. Thank you for everything. Off to find some more awesome programmes.
