"This quest is a deep deep journey into ones selfsense"

This quest is a deep deep journey into ones "selfsense" and it turned me upside down. I have been to my childhood and back and for the first time ever I finally understand why I react the way I react with my children and ever more so important I now have tools so I am able to change my own behaviour and as a domino effect this is affecting the relationship with my children. 

A big thank you to dr. Shefali Tsabary for her wisdom and the time she spend with us on this quest.
