When I began taking classes with Dr. Shefali, I had no idea how much I needed to open my life to become a better parent, spouse, and daughter. Since taking her classes, everyone in my life has shared how much they have observed my positive growth (including my 19-- and 22-year old children!), and I continue to challenge myself to become a more conscious person.
