Dr Shefali’s course has been the first catalyst and doorway I needed  to open my mind and heart to help me embark on my own quest for freedom; to be who I was meant to be. To stop following others expectations of my role in the world.
After taking her course on relationships, it has elevated my mind to challenge the parental, cultural and social constructs that we have all been falsely following.  The time is now for us to bring this to the forefront.
