I am not a parent, but I am a school teacher with a tutoring business. Since I first saw Dr. Shefali on Oprah’s life class back in 2014, I have been shouting her name and singing her praises! 
Her message and her light shines so bright and I truly believe that Conscious Parenting is a path where every single human benefits, not only parents! I have shared her book in parent conferences, read her poems from the “Awakened Family” to my students, and practice and refer to her teachings daily!
