When COVID-19 shut down the world, I went from a 6-figure business to a 3-figure business. Who is Kristen Kramer, now? How did I fit into this "new normal". I completed my Online Business Manager (OBM) certification, but that wasn't "me". I started a new program with Driven Business School, but that wasn't "me" either.
