I joined Coaching Mastery sometime ago, and I joined mainly for the Coaching Demonstrations by established coaches like Rich and Jason. I knew Rich at the time and I know, if I can watch him coach in real life, I will be able to pick up some wisdom and techniques that will help with my coaching practice.
